He serves as Executive Director of Food4T Ltd, leading values-based business networking groups. John is also Founder and Executive Director of Halftime Australia, a values-based executive coaching organisation.
Halftime supports Australian leaders seeking purpose beyond financial success. He is Non-Executive Board Chairman of Prime Value, a Melbourne-based, award-winning boutique investment manager overseeing more than $2.5 billion in assets.
Additionally, he serves as a Non-Executive Director of LCP Global, helping companies strengthen and transform their leadership capacity.

Jason T Smith

Jason is an award-winning entrepreneur, acclaimed physiotherapist and sought-after thought leader in business and health.
He founded Back In Motion Health Group, growing it into Australia’s largest physiotherapy provider and earning BRW Fast Franchise and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year honours.
He contributes widely to peak bodies and forums, sharing expertise in leadership, strategy and governance.
As founder of the Iceberg Leadership Institute, he has graduated thousands through masterclasses in personal and professional development.
Jason is also a published author, prolific writer, media contributor and inspiring keynote speaker.
He serves as Founding Chair of the SOS Health Foundation, advancing health outcomes for disadvantaged communities.
A devoted family man, he enjoys tennis, motorcycling, travel and active involvement in his local church.

Stephanie Woollard OAM

Stephanie Woollard OAM is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author and business coach dedicated to empowering individuals to live lives of purpose and impact. Steph’s track record is nothing short of inspiring. Having followed her heart for humanity from an early age, she has reached great heights and travelled the world sharing her story. Through building enterprise she has achieved significant social change creating jobs and education opportunities for over 5000 women in Nepal through her charity Seven Women, she began at the age of 22yrs when meeting 7 disabled women living in a tin shed on her travels.

Stephanie’s journey is marked by significant leadership and she is now wanting to mentor and coach leaders of influence in business to achieve growth and to leave a lasting legacy and impact.

As a business coach, Stephanie draws upon her diverse experiences and expertise to support individuals and business owners in achieving their full potential and recognise and their unique giftings.
